The quiet comeback
Recover in private. Return with a system, not a speech.
The loudest comebacks I have watched were usually the shortest. The internet loves a redemption speech, but redemption speeches are marketing, not maturity.
The comebacks that last are almost boring to witness. Mine was.
How the quiet ones do it
They grieve fully. They audit honestly. They rebuild in a smaller adjacent arena. Then, one day, without a caption, they are back, with better instincts and a lower center of gravity.
"The comeback is the habit. The streak is a byproduct."
If you are recovering right now, resist the urge to announce it. The people you want to attract are attracted to receipts, not previews.
